Worst bank in the world. Seriously, just stay away as far as possible. Luckily I only deposited small amount when opening the account. One month passed and I haven’t received access to online bank, no debit or credit cards. Nothing!!! No access to my money, only once a day I could withdraw 500 max. Had to spend 5-6 to get to the bank to withdraw cash every day, 5 days a week. Despite multiple time trying to resolve the issue was unable to do so cause employees are absolutely incompetent. They can’t even schedule an appointment. Multiple times came to an appointment just to be told that it wasn’t scheduled when I had a paper confirmation that it was. They can’t even transfer the funds, I have a receipt that i went to the branch and they sent money to my other account , but actually they didn’t and money never came and just sitting in the account. I can’t even comprehend how is this possible. Some would stop speaking to you once there is some kind of problem on their part. Here are the names of most rude and incompetent employees there: Mark, Monica, Emine. I suggest you skip your turn if it is your turn, even if you waited for a while. There is always a line of people waiting no matter what day it is. Now I have to sit and figure out how I can get my money out of this bank with going in there every day for 500 withdrawals. I don’t know how such bank is still in business. You have been warned!!! Stay Away!!!

Hat bis jetzt alles reibungslos geklappt. Allerdings sind drei Mitarbeiter für so eine grosse Filiale sehr wenig, aber da können ja die Mitarbeiter nichts dafür. Sind es schon den ganzen Tag auf den Beinen. Also liebe Kunden, habt es etwas Geduld

Zauberhaftes Postamt im anmutigen Stil der 80er-Jahre mit einem engen, stets überfüllten Parkplatz. Die wenigen Parkplätze vor dem Haus hat die geniale Ex-Bürgermeisterin zu einer Fahrradstraße ungewandelt...Riesen-Idee. Der schmuddelige Briefmarken-Automat davor ist gerne defekt - das heißt zwangsweise 15min Schlangestehen, um einen lausigen Brief abzugeben. Die Scanner am Schalter können die aktuellen Personalausweise nicht lesen..dann darf man nochmal heimfahren, den Reisepass holen (der geht lustigerweise) und die Parkplatzsuche startet erneut..dann wieder Schlangestehen zwischen verwirrten und renitenten Rentnern. Vermutlich ist die Starnberger Post die DHL-Strafkompanie Schwedt. Das Personal wirkt verständlicherweise etwas ausgelaugt.. Die Alternative ist die Hilfsfiliale Söcking die auch unter der Woche nur halbtags offen hat. Deutsche Post DHL Group in Starnberg - konkurrenzlos schlecht.

Gottseidank noch eine \echte\ Post, kein Supermarkt mit enger Briefabgabemöglichkeit irgendwo zwischen Wurst und Käse und dort arbeiten noch Menschen, die Ihre Dienstleistung bei der Deutschen Post gelernt haben
