We’ve been going to Starr’s for years for preventative maintenance and repairs for our camper. Just took it up for a major repair. After repairs were made, bill paid and camper returned home, they called us and said a part that they installed was less expensive than they were quoted and said they were sending a refund for that part. Sure enough, the next day I received the check. They didn’t have to do this, it was paid for, transaction finished. This is a hard working honest family owned business. We highly recommend them. God bless !!!

I've stopped by this place three total times. The first time was for a part for my trailer. The second was to get my axle greased and the third was to purchase a camper. All three times the people there were very rude and unaccommodating. Each time I was there, the reps acted as though I was bothering them from the time I stepped inside. I will be purchasing my trailer from Hufnagel-Majors in Harmony PA in the coming week or two instead. I wanted to keep the money somewhat local to my hometown, but I'll drive the extra hour each way to be treated like a valued customer. Very disappointed with each visit. They did a great job of chasing away a future lifetime customer.

Took trailer for inspection and they found and explained a problem which evidently missed by previous mechanic. They explained what problem was without pushing me to hire them to fix problem. I appreciated that. They'll do my work from now on.
