I am an investor & I own a number of Properties that I have leased out through Stars & Stripes and Thuy (with Stars & Stripes) has been my Property Manager. She is fantastic and very responsive. I will not work with another property manager as long as I have Thuy. She takes care of my tenants in every possible way and is A1 in Service to them. They always have good things to say about her. She has great knowledge of Properties in general (Location, Build, Rents/Leases, Most legal issues, Home Materials and Appliances, etc). She also has good local knowledge of areas in and around Denver. She is very hard-working and trustworthy. She communicates extremely well with my tenants.

We moved out of state and needed to rent out our house in Aurora. Our agent, Thuy Beinert, took care of everything! She was able to find quality tenants right away. Throughout the next year she was extremely responsive and took care of everything. She made great suggestions for maintaining a good relationship with the tenants. Overall just gave us great advice throughout the process. The most important part was knowing our house was in good hands while we lived 1,000 miles away. When we decided to sell the house she had a connection with investors that allowed us to sell the house without disturbing the tenants. We are so thankful to have hired Thuy as our property manager! Thank you so much!

Justin at Stars & Stripes managed our townhouse for several years after we admitted to ourselves that we were doing a disservice to our tenant by trying to manage it ourselves. He responded promptly to tenant concerns, kept us in the loop, and actively tracked us down if we needed to be involved. The company has web portals for owners where we can see monthly and yearly statements for expenses and income, as well as for tenants where they can put in work order requests. We sold our townhouse recently, and he helped with getting everything in order according to the inspection report. I strongly recommend Stars & Stripes, and Justin in particular!
