Completely misleading advertisement Starward Homes. Builder advertised Brooklyn heights price as 400's and announced a prices from 460's. At least mention that prices are starting from mid 400's or 460's. For transparency 0%. not only that, without any advertisement at the last moment they are mentioning condominium fees. at least mention all the required information on your website and stop misleading buyers.

I booked house at 324 Equestrian way Cambridge.i had very bad experience with the builder.they extend closing twice and when i extend only for one week they charge me close to 3000 that was very bad just for one week i have to pay that much money and when i close the house they done PDI there self and not bother to fix the problems about two weeks i had to lose my rent for one month because of them and any time they come they do one hour work and then they don't come for two days.i try to call them and email them at least 6 times but they never response.i don't recommend this builder please stay away from them.i had really bad experience.
