Fantastic experience all around. We’ve refinanced through them I think 4 times now in the last 2 years. Never paid a penny out of pocket (net after getting the escrow payout from our old mortgage) and got lower rates and never had to increase our loan size if we didn’t want to. The closing costs are paid by the mortgage company instead as credits. A really good business model for the consumer if you don’t want to pay any closing costs and still get a fantastic rate. I have shopped around a lot and have NEVER seen a single rate (combined with closing costs) that can match the value you get here. Logan and Jacob have been great. No complaints.

If the rates go down I will definitely give them a call again. Why pay higher interest rates when refinance through StarWest is so fast and they don’t jack you around with bait and switch hidden fees, a true zero cost refinance, twice for us.

After checking rates and APR's from several lenders and brokers we chose Starwest for our mortgage refinance because their rate was the most attractive. The refinance process was the smoothest and easiest we have ever experienced.
