Bubble tea is good, Customer service, not so much. Also, be aware that you have to make the order in advance, via an app or a phone call. They won’t let you in the store and they place the orders outside, it’s sort of like an honor system? Anyone can just pick up your order and take it. I think they should just keep the orders inside and once the customer arrives, give them a call and pick up their order, that way they can avoid unhappy customers.

Absolutely phenomenal taro milk slush. One of the best I've ever had. Picking up was a bit strange as the drinks were just put outside, but it's whatever because it kept them super cold.
The tea is amazing, yet I do not like the orders being put outside. two of my orders were gone and not there at all. I was really upset. I do not like the way they just place out orders where anyone can just take it. I have spent 20 in total, and basically wasted it
The worst place to get your bobo fix. Picked up an order of 6 teas and every one of them is a disappointment at best. Zero stars and avoid at all costs.
This place is so cool! I've been here twice and everytime was consistent. They are helpful and polite. There is plenty of seating available such as tables, bar stools with a counter, and couches near the right side as you walk in. There are multiple options to choose from and I've never been disappointed by anything. The restrooms are always cleaned and stocked. There is street parking and less then half a block away are two different parking garages. I recommended this place to friends and family.
