Doctor is very detailed and dicuss, share possible cares. She takes time to dicuss all issues. I liked her when visited. Wish she give weekend hours in this location. Would be helpful for working people.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. This office's staff are terrible. It was fine when they poked me 10 times to find a bloody vein because they are not well trained. It was even fine when I waited 1.5 hrs after my appointment time to see a doctor in the past. But this time when the receptionist gave me attitude after I have endured all these to just see a doctor in the past, that boiled my blood. No one should have to wait that long to see a doctor especially if they made a f-ing appointment. This is not an emergency room! First she told me that they cannot give me referral because the address of the doctor on my insurance is her other office so I have to change it. I made the appointment for a referral. Why the F did she not tell me then? After waiting to see a doctor for an hour (and seeing that she let someone who came way after me go before me), when I ask her how much longer, she tells me that it will be a while even though there were only 2 people in front of me when I came in. And proceeded to tell me that my appointment was much later. When I told her that the office called me yesterday to confirm and when I asked if anything is available earlier, they told me to come at 10, which is why I did. She told me that was wrong. Then fix it! Your office did this! If I come early I have to wait till my appointment time. If I come in for my appointment time I still have to wait 1.5 hrs. And even if there are barely any people in front of me, I have to wait. I realized finally this place is prejudiced and only help their own kind. Please don't go to this doctor if you value your time because they will treat you like crap.

dr Igunova is the best Dr ever. You need to see her and get to know her. She is highly competent. I have left and gone to other Drs and always came back to her. Disregard the staff at times they are busy; she is worth the wait.
