Well, with a skeleton crew on a holiday weekend Friday, you would think they would have had their best people working. NOT the case today. A NEW HIRE couldn't even give directions to the office, NOR ask anyone there for directions to give to us the client. Then once we get there its even worse, and of course besides the new hire, the other employee wouldn't even help out to help speed up the process what should have only taken a few minutes took forever, and it certainly wasn't modern technology it was more like operator error. How very sad to be so unprofessional. Sure glad we went with someone else for our new vehicle.
