Choosing a custom home builder is one of the most difficult decisions you can make. We do our best homework, sift through reviews, and try everything we can to make the most informed decision possible. In an industry where one small mistake can cause a terrible review- like the cold fries you were served at that 5 star restaurant, its difficult to see whats real and whats not. Everything can be absolutely perfect, until that one piece of tile looks slightly slanted through a magnifying glass, and suddenly your builder is your number one enemy! Luckily for me, I have the knowledge and experience to sift through the noise, and was able to choose the most qualified builder to create the most unimaginable home for me and my family. Statewide builds quality homes, PERIOD. I consider myself an perfectionist and with perfection comes lots of back and forth and even more changes. Statewide patiently worked with me and my family to ensure our checklist was complete. The process was enjoyable and the team made it easy for me to check off everything we could have wanted on the list. Unlike other builders, Statewide doesn't cut corners and built our home like it was their very own. The attention to detail and true dedication with their team, allowed us to smoothly complete our home within a very reasonable amount of time. These guys are true professionals, and making us happy was their number one priority. Most people finish building there home and never speak of their builder again. For our family, we made life long friends. The relationship that was built during this process is unforgettable and the guys from Statewide changed our lives forever. We look forward to years spent together in our new beautiful home. Thank you Statewide!

Incompetent and deceptive thieves never reimbursed me for having the foundation dug as they couldn't do it delays mounting into astronomical over runs on the budget financed for quoted price

I bought a home they built from the original owner that never lived in it. It is a lifted on a lagoon in Brick. Their finishing was very poor. Did not finish under two sliding doors to the deck below, did not put any cap above the two garage doors in front so when it rains the water just pours in and in the basement (under the house where the pilings are) they sheet-rocked the ceilings and covered all the plumbing clean outs. If I ever have a clog I will have to start ripping off the sheet rock to find them. Awful builder just wants his money does not care about anything else. I do not recommend them at all.

The finish work is horrible My bathroom vanity has 8 Pry marks on it because the statewide employee installed the magnetics before the door knobs. Statewide did not replace. I walk thru with owners brother there was a kitchen cabinet door that was cracked. Never replaced. I am a disabled person. Our plans included elevator which was is our final price. Being that this house was a super storm sandy rebuild we had limited budget. So rather then having elevator installed prior to moving in they thought we would change plans and upgrade there for not having enough for the elevator. We had to stick to our budget and didn’t change a thing. They did not have it installed until 4 months after moving in. By the way my disability is a fused ankle. Now after living in the house for a little more then 2 yrs. the siding is falling off. So I contacted them no response. I only asked for the name n number of the contractor. Thinking that any good contractor would stand by their work. Go down the road to SICA
