If possible, stay away from this company. They will be responsive up until they cash your check or run your card. After that don't expect them to resolve any issues. Statewide replaced my septic tank and they told me to expect the ground to settle but they would come out in a year to level off the ground. After the ground settled (drain field, old site, and new site) I contacted Statewide and voiced my concerns. The biggest issue I had was that when it rains the water accumulates where the tank sits. This allows water to drain into the tank which isn't good for the drain field and it covers the electrical box. Statewide came out and leveled off the two of the three areas but did not address the new tank where the water accumulates. I have tried for nearly three years to get Statewide to come out but the President of the company just makes excuses. His solution was to put in a swell, he told me to dig up my fence and then he would come out there. Since I was not happy with the work that was already completed or the fact that I have to constantly send him e-mails I wanted a plan drawn up, I wanted to see exactly what he planned to due. I wanted this mostly because he deals in septic tanks, not landscaping. My plan, raise the tanks using risers, raise the electrical box, and backfill with dirt. As mentioned before, it has been three years and the issue has not been resolved. Maybe he planned to ignore me until I stopped e-mailing him. If you need evidence then look at the pictures, one of the tops is completely submerged, I should've gone with Hatfield's or any other company and you should too.

Extremely rude employees. A woman named Janice pretty much yelled at my wife when we called to ask about issues with the septic that they replaced. She refused to give any information or offer any help. She told us to talk to the owner who is never around. Statewide Septic &Backhoe was selected by AA County to replace the septic at our home 4 bed 2 bath. They did a really poor job and installed a 500 tank to such a big house and I hate to say how many times we will have to pay to get it emptied. The older woman Janice told my wife that she wasn’t answerable to my wife because the bill was paid by the county. The whole thing is unbelievable. She laughed and mocked and hung up. I wouldn’t want someone like her representing my company. They did a poor job and won’t even give the customer the decency of answering questions. They were paid their check and are no longer accountable. I wouldn’t pick this company to do any work for me. For anyone getting work through the county, please pass on this company or you will regret it.

Very rude and unprofessional employees all the way around. Called to discuss issue with septic unit recently installed and was yelled at by Tiffany. This was followed by more tongue lashing from Janice who is supposedly a person in charge and she hung up without offering any resolve.

Never used Statewide before and called Monday morning for a septic tank pump out due to clog issue, very nice office person handled the appointment call and the crew was there in less than three hours. The guys that did the pump out were great. Thanks!
