I was a resident here for only 6 months and moved for work but I enjoyed my experience at Station on Silver for the most part. Packages always arrived safe and sound and the place is still pretty new so everything is still nice. I do wish that the amenities had opened this summer much like the other complexes near us. Also, you will mostly like hear your neighbors on top of you day and night but they’re apartments so you have to expect it.

I have only been a resident for a few weeks and I love everything about my new space. It’s aesthetically pleasing, clean, and quite. What’s more the staff is extremely helpful. Tracee has gone above and beyond to assist me in this transition. I moved abruptly and since this was my first time moving on my own, I had A LOT of questions. Tracee was extremely patient and walked me through the entire process. She helped me find the perfect space & I am super grateful. Move here you won’t be sorry

I've lived at Station on Silver for about two years now, and I must say that Tracee Bailey is by far the most professional, kind, considerate and hard-working representative that I have encountered in the front office! I have had several major challenges with this building and its employees over the past year with the new management, and Tracee is swiftly restoring my faith. Tracee is very patient and sweet, and she goes above and beyond to ensure that residents have what they need. She is extremely knowledgeable about the building, its policies, its processes, etc. In short, she consistently shows you that she genuinely CARES about you as a resident and she goes above and beyond to answer your questions and address your concerns! She doesn't just push you aside or ignore you when you come to her with questions. Prior to my dealings with her, this has been a huge issue for me as a resident here. I have never once been disappointed with my interactions with Tracee Bailey. Please keep this wonderful lady in the office and give her a HUGE RAISE AND PROMOTION!!! She deserves it.

When you looking for Apartment they’re so friendly. But When you already resident here even they don’t answer your phone . If you need help you have to go leasing office because for resident they never answer the phone. When you need help help you have to go leasing office 4-5 Times then maybe they help you other way they always ignore

Mary is beyond amazing! She found exactly what I was looking for. She tour the entire building explaining all there is to know about the apartment/building plus she gave me great information about the area since I’ll be moving from a different state. She definitely made me feel at home, and comfortable with this decision. Highly recommend!!!!! Beautiful area, very quiet, snd surrounded by so much.
