Very welcoming family-run place with delicious food and drinks. They have there own wines and the grapes grow on the hill beneath Staufen's Castle. Staff is friendly and kid-friendly. The outside invites for a good dinner time with family and/or friends. Recommended!

Great staff. Rooms were comfortable with plenty of space to work, and the bathroom was entirely redone. This is a typical, traditional family-run German hotel. Dedicated parking was a blessing. We only ate breakfast once and it was just fine. Loved our balcony in the room, and the fridge was a nice bonus. The only downside is that the wifi was utterly terrible and more or less unusable. We had to go to a friend's house to get any work done, which was annoying. We would love to stay here again but we cannot until they get proper Internet. Also, very pet-friendly.
Veeeery slow service. We left after 25 minutes: no drinks & no menus yet, just the tab of our predecessors

Toller Familienbetrieb in der malerischen Fauststadt. Schön im Zentrum gelegenes Hotel mit Gasthaus. Hauseigener Parkplatz vorhanden. Rustikale Einrichtung der Gaststube hat uns gefallen. Es ist sogar ein Fahrstuhl und eine schöne Terrasse vorhanden, welche von den Hotelgästen genutzt werden kann. Frühstück war sehr lecker und angenehm. Sehr schmackhaft war der eigene Apfelsaft. Die Karte im Hotelrestaurant weist badische Hausmannskost aus , welche sehr lecker war. Wir hatten das Familienappartement im obersten Stockwerk. Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wird.... sogar eine kleine Küchenzeile. Wir hatten auch einen tollen Blick auf den Schlossberg, auf welchem die Ruine nachts toll beleuchtet wird. Wir können das Haus und den Ort guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns nochmals bei den Gastgebern.
