Great location. Nice breakfast and lobby area. The hotel doesn't have any parking. And the shower drain do not swallow enough water, so do not leave anything on the bathroom floor while taking a shower. But it's a great place to stay if you want to be staying down town in Stavanger.

The room was good, although the bathroom door needs some adjusting as there was a BIG gap when it slid over to close. Our biggest issue was the diningroom- they only had one high chair and during both our days there was more than one toddler in our breakfast slot (we had 8.30 on day one, and changed it to 7.45 on day 2). Surely if the hotel has bookings with lots of toodlers (bookings with babycribs) they should realise that they also need more than one highchair. The breakfast options were also a bit sad considering that FHI allowed buffets from 15th july

Great location, efficient, positive staff, but unfortunately the hotel seems to be experiencing organisational problems during Corona. We really feel for the kitchen staff who do their best in challenging circumstances, but the restaurant offer is not up to scratch. The "Afternoon Sweets" is basically nothing, just tea/coffee - this should be mentioned on the hotel website/app. Both the light dinner (included in the price) and breakfast are well under par, compared to the usual Clarion Collection standard. The choice is more limited, but the worst part is that irrespective of when you go for breakfast or dinner, you have to stand in a queue for about 10-15 minutes (that is our experience at least after two days here), waiting to be served your food, almost reminiscent of a school canteen. The quality of the food is acceptable, but I don't understand why this hotel is struggling so badly in this respect whilst others in the same chain we have stayed in over the past few days (for example Clarion Tyholmen Arendal, Clarion Hotel Ernst Kristiansand, Farris Bad Larvik) have performed so much better. The restaurant area seems to be chronically underdimensioned (and understaffed) for the number of guests, despite the fact that all guests are given a specific breakfast/dinner timeslot. The hotel gym is also closed "due to Corona", and I may be wrong here, but I have the feeling the hotel management are "milking" this health crisis and using it as an excuse to save money. (Training/fitness centres have now reopened in Norway). Despite these minor frustrations, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, in a comfortable room with a pleasant harbour view, and under normal circumstances, can recommend the CC Hotel Skagen Brygge!

Nice location facing the harbour and stavanger old town. I was so lucky with the weather that the amazing harbour facing room I booked was super hot when we checked in. There was no way to make it cooler. The bottom handle on the window was broken so one can only open the window vertically not horizontally. Raised all these with a staff which to be fair it was quite late and she was on her own, she gave us one other room as an option (the only one available, I’m told) but it wasn’t harbour facing and I would have to drag the extra bed myself (!). So we didn’t opt to change rooms. Dinner (or as I later found out was a simple/light meal) was adequate but nothing special. Bread was fresh though. Breakfast had larger selection. Booked a superior double room for 3 and it was a little tight, not sure it was great value for money. Plus I stayed on a Mon night and they seem to lower their rates only on weekends. We didn’t have issues with large ships coming into harbour or weekend nightlife causing noise, but with the window open (even albeit only vertically) one can hear even one single passerby talking on the phone. That’s how it is I guess!

Such gracious hosts. Aim to please. Really top grade meals. Not like a "hotel" at all. Very classy! Highest recommendation!
