Great place, not theur falt Apples website is confusing.
I bought an iPad here, I was keen to get a Global Blue document with it (VAT refund). I was too late with the delivery option and had selected the 'pick up in store' option, yet I was unable to come to the store due to quarantaine restrictions applying to me. The online support and later (per e-mail) staff from the store were extremely helpful preparing all the documentation; the item and even delivered it to my hotel! Great example of a shop cooperating navigating through these unusual circumstances! Thanks A Lot!
My tempered glass screen protector on my iPhone cracked so I went in to see if they could put on a new one. They gave me one even better than the one I’d had, which I’d purchased from an Apple store in the States when I bought my phone (new one goes all the way to the edges). The staff was super friendly, helpful, and efficient. Very happy with my service!
