I have been taking classes at Lotus Elements for a few months now and I love them! Solveig is a fantastic instructor who makes you feel so welcome and relaxed. She really helps you get the best out of her sessions and I am so happy with my progress. My body and mind feels stronger with every class. Can’t wait for our next one.

Very pleased with Solveigs class :) I am heavily pregnant and she really tailored the class to meet my needs. I’m really looking forward to my next one! She is a lovely, friendly instructor with a gorgeous home! Definitely recommend Solveigs classes.
Solveig was utterly professional and warm throughout our yoga class. It was a pregnancy class and she was always conscious of our bodies and how we were feeling. The studio is in Solveig's wonderful home and it was totally worth the money. It felt like a tailor made session and her expertise was evident throughout. I will be back to have lessons until I'm not able to (closer to due date) and then hopefully I can come along once baby is born. Thanks again Solveig!!!
My husband surprised me with a private session with Solveig during our stay in Stavanger. She provided such a relaxing, comfortable, and challenging practice. My husband and I are at different levels in our personal practices and she differentiated for us both. She was so helpful in making sure we were safe and correctly practicing the postures. She even made me aware of some of the poses I've been practicing incorrectly for a year. She possesses a very kind and gentle energy. We took her up on having tea after yoga and she was so helpful in us making plans for the rest of our stay. We felt amazing for days after her yoga practice! We highly recommend!
Solveig is a great yogateacher. If you are looking for personal, tailormade classes, hers is the place to be. Prices are also very very reasonable :) Also perfect for those of us that have a busy schedule, she is very flexible. #happyclient
