This is the only place in the area where you can get your license or registration, so you have to visit this place to legally operate a vehicle in the area. Once you have finally met all the requirements and you interact with the folks there, the folks working there are very courteous and professional. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars, is because it takes unnecessary long time to get appointments or to be seen. And if you have all the required documents and met all of their rules, you still have to wait and you will wait without knowing why you have to wait. I went to the office every other week checking on my car because I never received a text message. The fourth time they gave me a plate. For my wife's vehicle, it was inspected in DEC and we are still waiting. If you select English for their website or phone, it will eventually revert back to Norwegian and therefore you will have to visit the office to get anything done.

This place is in forus and a go to place for all your driving related things. I went to take my driving theory test, it was very easy. Staff here are very polite, well informed and very easily approachable. It's very simple and straight forward to get your things done related to your vehicles.
