The new tires did not hold air! Our winter-tires was up for change and so we bought new tires at dekksentralen. Dekksentralen got the task to disassemble our tires/rims and mount the new tires, bought from their store. The tires went flat after only one day use. When we called in the manager at dekksentralen replied to us that this is our problem because of the rims. Nobody from dekksentralen contacted us ahead to tell us our rims where not possible to use, but when we call in they let us know they just mount the tires and see what happens. The manager would charge us 450,- to disassemble and mount the front tires again when it was obviously not done properly the first time. They put on some 'glue' only to fix it temporary (instead of polishing the rims). A couple months later we experience new incident with flat tires. No tires, no car. We only have one car and with the re-appearing issue with flat tires we deeply regret having to deal with dekksentralen it cost us a lot of time and energy to fix this and we are dependent on getting friends or family to drive to get tires fixed or getting somewhere. Eventually we had to make a decision to use our summer tires even though it's -13 outside (luckily roads are dry) and we had another company to look at the rims. To sum up, this company is a big gamble with your time, money and also security! We would've be better of buying quality tires online and instead paying a seperate company to mount the tires and make sure they hold air.

Used theirs servies last year at the end of winter. When afterwards we tried to change the wheels ourselves, the bolts were too tighten. Thus, we went back to ask if they could loosen them up, but they refused. As we were left with no other solution, we had to ask them to change the wheels again but this time without over-tightening the bolts. Againn, the manager again refused in an extremely rude way. In summary, they tighten the bolts to the maximum so you have to come back again and again!
