I had never been to a steak escape before. I just moved recently to Toledo and finally decided to try it out today. I will definitely be returning very soon... The sandwich was fresh and delicious and those fries were amazing. Super friendly service as well. Highly recommend!

Always love the food here. Note of caution, if you have a trailer, don't attempt the drive through, it is too tight.
I had the Philly Whizz on a wrap. I think the lady that took my order accidentally heard me say I only wanted light onions and even with this slight mishap, it was still a really good wrap. The fries were amazing so yeah, I am going to be frequenting this restaurant in the very near future.
I like steak escape since the food is fairly cheap and quick.

This is one of my families go to restaurants but after today.... never again! The customer service was absolutely horrific! The lady kept interrupting me as I was speaking, she was rushing to finish taking my order(I was the only customer there), I wasn’t paying attention when she was handing my food over to me so she just stood there with attitude all over her face so I apologized and thanked her for my order and she just walked away. Once I got home and start eating my food there was a black hair in it. Definitely a waste of money!
The food is absolutely great...love it. However the customer service here is some of the worst I've seen. Everyone looks like they seriously hate their job. No matter how great the food is, you'll feel very unwelcome here and probably never want to come back!
