We recently had a small house fire. Was recommended to Steamatic from several friends. Could not be more pleased with their services and their staff. Starting with the boss, Andi. When I called initially, he phoned me back within an hour, and was at my home the next day. He took a great deal of time to go through our entire home and detail the service is needed. He went over them with me before he left, and quickly scheduled a crew to come to our home. They worked around my schedule without any pushback and would let me know before they were to arrive. Once at our home, the lead Brenda, could not have been more communicative and the entire staff at our home throughout the week was diligent, hard-working, and polite. Beyond their professionalism and good nature, I was incredibly impressed with the detail that every single one of their staff did in performing their respective roles to clean our home from the fire. I do not believe our home has been this clean since the day we moved in to our home, which was brand new. When I say they cleaned every inch of our home, I mean it. From the ceilings of every floor, every wall, every accessory, every lamp, every light and it goes on from there. What I thought would be perhaps a little disruptive few days because of the amount of staff in my home as I work from home, was actually made to be a very easy experience, and they were fun to be around. And I was very impressed at how hard each of them worked in their respective roles and am incredibly grateful. I will definitely be using their services again for general home cleaning, carpet cleaning, or anything else they offer that I may need. Would highly recommend using this company for your home!
