Walked in without appointment and they were able to help me right away. Very clean, maybe a bit dated. Reasonably priced, and it looks great. Foot massage was fantastic, very nice staff.

Cami did an amazing job on my nails, I could’t be happier, great shape and beautiful color!!!!! Steamboat nails really saved our day after we had a terrible experience across the street! I would recommend this shop to my friends and family!

Mark did my nails today. He took his time and was careful and thorough. I got a full set with dip and it’s one of the best manicures I’ve had in months. The price was great for the service provided.

I went in with my two sisters for us to get our nails done. We were all seated at the exact time. My sisters were both seen to right away while I waited for the next available technician. While I waited I was completely ignored and they sat three other customers who came in after me. One for a pedicure and two for full set manicures. I was ignored. My one sister left and since I was waiting I said I’d pay for hers. I waited another 15 minutes. No one said a word to me. I finally asked the lady coming over to me if I could just pay for my sister’s nails. They asked if I wanted my nails done. I no longer had the time. I waited an hour for someone to even speak to me. I felt humiliated. Then when I pointed out that multiple people had been seated after me but still got their services before me...I was offered a single apology. I understand that things happen. The only time I was talked to was when I was told to move from my seat to another one. Please do better with future customers.
