Great service and great selection. The only thing I wish they did differently was putting the prices next to the products. I was familiar a lot of their selection but it was annoying having to ask how much every single thing was. They did have great daily specials though.

Store hours are incorrect. They do not let anyone in after 9:45 even tho their hours posted say till ten. Go to golden leaf if you want to go to a dispensary after a long day of work, never had a problem there.

Showed up at 9:50 pm shop was closed early but paying customers outside and can see people inside but no one answered the door. Local customer wanting to spend money and closed early bad for business.

I go here from time to time now, I will edit my one star rating but not because of anything your staff did. The bud talks to me. I never got a credit for anything like you told me I would if I ever came back in. It's all good haha it was just kind of one of those things that I went back after my bad experience to see if there was a free joint or anything like we spoke about, there wasn't but you guys had moved and I didnt see the guy that I had confrontation with so maybe he treated someone else badly and got fired or something. (Hopefully out of town) Glad to see it's in a better place than it was before though congrats! Just scrolling through my reviews and saw a reply I didnt respond to so figured I'd give you the run down. I dont recommend billo, but if you do want some good bud, that's smells and tastes good every now and then billo is the second dispo in steamboat I would choose. I live in craig now however. Also it was kind of funny that you messaged me on Google to see if I was actually serious about my bad experience, but when it came to reconciliation billo fell short on their end. Don't try to fix a situation if you cant/dont want to. Take care of your locals!
