I had my tires changed at Rush's in May. I had also asked them to look into a \howling\ noise that was coming from my car. They said they couldn't hear any noise coming from the car, and that it was fine. The noise was very loud so I had it looked at by another mechanic, who informed me the front left wheel bearing was broken, the right front bearing was on it's way out and the front sway bar was broken. Seems like a lot of things for a mechanic to miss. In addition, they forgot to put all of the lug nuts back on my car after changing the tires. I had to call and make another appointment to have them replace the lug nuts. When my boyfriend showed up for the appointment, they were not ready for him and what should have taken 5 minutes took over an hour. Extremely unprofessional and also dangerous!

Went to have a blow and go installed for my fiancé and they completely ran the whole thing wrong so he couldn’t even get the truck started went to another place they had to completely rewire everything and give him a whole new device. Horrible service

Got my oil and tires changed here, they filled it with the wrong oil. My car takes 5W-20 and according to the windshield sticker (and my check engine light/gas mileage) they filled it with 5W-30. Ended up not being a big deal, but I'd expect better. Also they must have used power tools and over-tightened the oil plug, (which I for one have always been taught not to do) because it was EXTREMELY hard to remove with a normal ratchet set the next time I changed the oil. To their credit it was quick and convenient and priced fairly.

I went there to pick up my friend that was dropping her car off before work and nobody was anywhere to be found. She confirmed the night before that someone would be there to give her key to. We waited 40 minutes when someone finally answered the phone and said sorry, the guy that was supposed to meet you has been running late all week. She took her car somewhere else.
