If there is one thing that stands out in the experience i just had with this group, is that there is never any pressure. they are always smooth and do not stress out over little items. they are also very understanding if you want changes etc... - Awesome experience! Robert Yazbeck and his team at Coldwell Banker have proven themselves twice with us in selling two of our homes in Steamboat Springs when we living abroad (in Africa) and very hard to reach. Their sales and marketing efforts were top notch, willingness to work with us during covid and patiently through the complexity of selling our homes from afar. They were fun to work with and highly professional. Their well co-ordinated support of each other also makes it easy if someone is out of town or ill as they really work as a team and someone who understands your home is always available. They also worked us through a couple of less than great buyers and ultimately got us the highest per sq foot price in the area!
