Steele, Martin, Jones and Co PLC deliver first-class service, with the Southern charm of a smaller firm, where someone always answers the phone, recognizes me, and takes care of what I need, regardless of the season. I was looking for a new accountant for my growing business amidst a challenging time, and fell into my new dream team, Tom Jones (CPA) and Gracie Lott (Professional staff). Even though I reside outside of TN and work in many states, they quickly (and seamlessly from my end) transitioned my business into their hands, even helping me procure a PPP loan right away. Tom (CPA) is a sharp guy, and has proved to be of expert competence in handling many services for me, including personal and business tax preparation, customized tax planning for future years, and has provided expert consultation on various tax implications of real estate investments. In concert with Tom, Gracie has been invaluable in helping me set up my business in a smarter way, and I'm amazed at how she stays on top of it all, as without her I would have missed a deadline (or two!).
