We went to the wellness. The facilities and treatments are fine and clean. But we won't be coming back as the overall experience wasn't great. First, most (not all) personnel was very unfriendly or apathic at best. Second, we had to wait a lot. Waiting at the reception because it takes a million steps in the computer to process our booking. Waiting at the included breakfast because there was nobody available to help us. And the breakfast itself was not really fresh. Third, you're treated as a criminal the moment you walk in. They scanned both of our IDs because of "issues in the past". And we had to pay upfront. Bit weird. All of the above is fine in a fast food restaurant. It's not pleasant when you pay over EUR 100 for a couple of hours of relaxation.

This is only concerning the bath/sauna area, I have not stayed in the hotel part. The spa offers both nude and swimwear areas. In both areas there is a variety of baths and saunas making a multi-hour stay easily possible. The small castle also provides a nice atmosphere. Personally, I prefer the naked area as it is much larger than the swimsuit area but I think people with either preference can have a relaxing day here!

Modern and relaxing SPA experience with a beautiful setting. Lockers are automatic and easy to handle. Venue was great, make sure to try all different saunas. Pool outside could've been a bit warmer, jacuzzi and cave pool was very warm

The best spa I've been to. Lots of choices of saunas at different temperatures with essential oils and aromas. Hourly sauna sessions including salt scrub. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Indoor bar.

Organised a surprise birthday for my pregnant wife. We first had 2 hours in the private sauna the lagoon, afterwards spend the night in a deluxe room and had the juno packet the day after for her. The private sauna was very clean and has a unique setting that you don't see elsewhere, the lagoon atmosphere was defenatly there. For example you have to walk through low water (10-15cm deep) to get to the bubble bath/swimming pool/resting area. Decoration of the different welness areas blended in perfectly with fake rocks etc. The deluxe room was big! My picture was made when we left. We had plenty of space and got the feeling we were sleeping in a castle. The fridge contained free drinks which was a pleasant surprise on a hot day. (35) Room airconditioning made it possible to have a good night's rest. For the thermae we recommend to go to the naked area, the space feels a lot more open and there's a lot of things you can do there. Same here for decoration, everything blends in well and the mine sauna is really good! :) I can't say much about the juno package treatements as this was for my pregnant wife but she says they were very good. She even wants to go again as it revitalised her skin and made her feel light :) The leg and feet massage for example were amazing. Final remark to the staff from reception to breakfast guy to restaurant waiters and staff in the thermae, you all make your guests feel so welcome. Thank you!

Nice clean and modern rooms. The breakfast is OK but nothing exceptional. You need to plan enough time for the checkout which often takes longer than it should but the staff always stays very friendly. About the spa. Saunas and Swimmingpools are really nice. Everything's clean. The only really bad point is that you have no still water offered for free (which is standard in all spa in Germany and Austria). Here if you want to rehydrate yourself after having sweat in one of the nice sauna, you need to go to the bar and pay for your still water!

Terrible experience , terrible stay, room was super expensive and absolutely overpriced, room without windows, no air, and air conditioner started make noise at 2 am in the morning. In the spa area there is only one small swimming pool with cold water and all jacuzzis were to be booked in advance with the result that all was fully booked. Nobody explained how it worked and we spent one hour to understand how the spa area worked. The stay was absolutely too expensive compared to the real offer. We got discount for next stays but are not willing to go there again.

It's a great place for a stay if you like to visit their local swimming pools and saunas complex.
