She is very easy to communicate with, she seeks to understand your needs, and she follows through on the business side of things. She spent a lot of time showing us around, never complained about the long drives and number of houses we viewed. We never felt pressured to purchase.

Dottie goes above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. We've done 5 real estate transactions over the past 10 years and I trust and rely on her to guide me through each one. I'm somewhat demanding but know exactly what I want, and what I don't want. She takes it all in stride and understands buying or selling a property is a huge life event and can be very stressful for her clients. She has helped me find an electrician, plumber and contractor for one of my properties and also picked up a mop to help me clean when I was under the gun and turning over the keys the next day. Bottom-line, Dottie Hoagland is head and shoulders above her peers. I don't leave many reviews, but when someone is truly good at their job and cares, I feel it is necessary to recognize that individual. Dottie went above and beyond to sell my house. I lived out-of-state (military), so selling my house was a challenge. Dottie, a fellow retired military member, took the challenge and helped with some of the odds and ends, scheduling repairs etc. to ensure a show worthy home and a smooth transition during the sale. I can't say enough positive things about her. This review does not give her the accolades she is due. With all sincerity , thank you for your help Dottie.
