Hi I called today to book an appointment for two girlfriends and myself. The receptionist was really rude and didn’t even introduce herself, when I asked her name she hung up the phone on me. I tried calling back and left a voicemail. I’ve been to this business before and it was really great and I’m sad to see that people there might not want to provide good customer service, I will sadly not be coming back anytime soon or recommending my friends to go.

Mom was visiting and wanted to treat herself after a few hiking ventures. We were able to schedule and get in the same day. We chose the Puget Sound Duo, and it was awesome! The view from the porch on a beautiful day, the chairs, the foot and arm/hand/neck/shoulder massage was amazing. The staff was so kind and pleasant. They let us bring our own bottle of wine to enjoy. My favorite was the paraffin wax hand treatment. I didn't realize what I've been missing my whole life. I will be back for sure.
Piper gave me an amazing hair color (highlights and lowlights) and cut today!!! She was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do with my hair! She was friendly, fun and professional. I highly recommend Piper!!! Iam thrilled with my hair and I feel like a new person!!!!
