As of now, I haven't had to hire Frederick Hetter, but he has already helped me with a case where I have a tenant that was not paying. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TALKING TO him first. Lots of other attorneys in town will try to charge you just to hear your situation. Frederick should be you first stop.
