We had Michael do a structural evaluation on our home. Work was done quickly and submitted to us within 3 days! Additional scope was added by contractor (so we were hit with additional billing without prior approval or warning). Would still use but a clear scope and cost up front is a must! Would do 3.5 stars if I could!
