The review was edited (changed) on 7.11.2017 Comments to the rating: - Support during purchase: Excellent - The device purchased: Broke 3 times during the warranty period (manufacturers fault, cannot blame the supplier) - Warranty support from the supplier: Acceptable, the claims were treated by Kisker with understanding thought the manufacturer of the device did not cooperate well. However each of the 3 claims took time and effort and left us without the proper laboratory equipment - Final outcome (!) : Given the reluctance of the manufacturer Kisker decided to refund our purchase. The solution worked out with Kisker shown good will and was well accepted from the customer perspective. Furthermore, if not the poor performing device the business would go smooth and leave a positive impression of the company.
