Quality goods and and awesome service. Excellent customer and overall experience. Ordered a bag as a present for someone and needed it delivered quickly before a certain date and the operations manager made sure it was shipped with time to spare.

Not happy at all with bag and service. Ordered handbag, handbag skew and dimensions given on website was not the size of handbag I received. Bottom of bag differs from one end to another. 9cm one side, 10 on other, 11 in middle. Website states should be 13cm. One end rounded other more square. When I queried this I was told via email that they changed dimensions but never updated website. The handbags height not right either. Total dud bag. Yet I'm told they can't do anything. Sadly you have lost a loyal client.
