Please note that some of the information in my previous comment was incorrect. The rental contract should be read carefully as an admin fee is added to monthly rent and also deducted from deposit. Their efforts to hold the owners responsible for basic maintenance of the rental unit (as their contract states that they act on behalf of the owner) is to the demise of the renter. Their service, however, was very friendly.

Campus Living Stellenbosch has been of incredible help in the very stressful process of finding accommodation. Their friendliness, helpfulness and guidance has helped me so much. I would 10/10 recommend them!

For lack of ability to rate a 0/5 campus living have earned a single star. Dishonest and chance takers. Takes advantage of students, rentals begin in December however owners/campus living make use of the property until students move in.

Well organised on the stressful task of moving in and out. They are always willing to help with any issues that arise. The agents are friendly and care about their tenants. Would definitely suggest renting through them.

Not even partially refunding students during a global pandemic reveals a company that has no ethics. Very disappointing.

These people are some of the most dishonest people in the industry. During an incident they were more concerned about making an unlawful profit from vulnerable tenants than the actual safety of the tenants. Honestly appalling. There is no way to get your deposit back as they simply misplace all documents including the snag lists. When trying to contact them about your contract, all you'll get is "your estate agent resigned".

I have been trying to contact you regarding our contract and you ignore messages and calls. How is someone supposed to get through to you?

Thank you for checking up on my unit during this time when I can not and assisting in loading electricity and helping me get my books.
