Had a rather uncomfortable and unpleasant experience with sending a parcel via PAXI. It was the first time I made use of this service and not too familiar with how it works. The lady cashier was obviously not in the mood to help us and send us to an empty counter where she said someone else will help us. No one came to help and she had to do the job. She obviously wasn't too happy with this and treated us like we were an inconvenience to her. When asked to confirm where the package would be sent she simply replied with "I don't know I already went out". Horrible customer service

I did paxi for the first time today. Went to Eikestad mall pep and had the most wonderful, professional and incrdibly helpful service. Thanks heaps for being wondedul to a newbie

I went to collect a PAXI counter to counter parcel on Friday and clearly Robin found the whole encounter rather annoying. I felt compelled to apologize for inconvenience I caused for daring to collect my parcel which was accepted with a bland face. When I called to ask to speak to the manager, I was told he is on lunch and the cashier didn't know when he will be back, she did however know who was speaking because she referred to me as the lady who just collected the PAXI.

They don't exchange clothes without slips, even if it still have all the labels on,working with a very outdated system.
