Physiotherapy with Pierre Kruger has been profoundly helpful. I have spent the last 5 years of battling with movement in both my shoulders and to a lesser extent with my hips. In that time I have seen various therapists but sooner or later the problem would reemerge. I knew I needed to find someone who could help me systemically rather than just focusing on the problematic joint. Pierre Kruger is that physio. He quickly identified the source of my problem and slowly is it coming right. Before I began physical therapy with him I was facing the prospect of significant physical diminishment and chronic pain. Five months later, I'm not completely out of the woods but I no longer have those fears.
