New employee, started with this company right at the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic. The company has been great with adjusting to the needs of their consumers and staff. Communication needs some improvement, but what company doesn't have communication problems? One perk w/this company is everyone works as a team, I was once told \if one eats we all eat.\ This basically sums up the atmosphere of this company. They are compassionate and really cares about each and every client, they go above and beyond for their clients. The clients come to the program and then they do not want to leave. They have had clients who have successfully transitioned from their program and now work there. The company as a whole is great, coming from another prp this program is amazing!!! They also have everything in-house including housing, IOP, PRP and much more....
