We worked with Jason from start to finish at Stephen's Auto Mall (Toyota), of Bristol. Jason was friendly, but not pushy, knew the vehicle we were interested in, as well as his competitor's. After shopping around other dealerships for price and other vehicles, we came back to Stephen's to make the purchase. The whole process was much easier than we had experienced with other dealerships. Jason spent a great deal of time going through every detail of the vehicle and synced up my phone to it as well. Highly recommend both the dealer and Jason Rivera!
As always, my experience was positive. Tom addressed all of my concerns and made sure everything went smoothly. As a single female, there is the fear of being taken advantage of in regards to vehicle repairs...with Tom I have no question that what he tells me is needed, recommended, etc is the truth. I wouldn't bring my vehicle anywhere else!
The lady I spoke to on the phone was awesome . She went above and beyond for me . I asked a lot of questions and she was patient and helpful and followed through with all of me requests. My issue was with a window that was not working on my 4WD Sierra Plow truck.. I'm sure it was difficult to find the problem. AND... I was under a deadline with snow in the immediate forecast. BUT Thea and the Tech staff in the service area were assuring and solved the problem quickly and reasonably priced. KUDOS for that and to your staff…Thank you!!!
