EXCELLENT! I purchased a Gravely zero turn mower from them in Jan 2018 and am very pleased. Very professional in how they explained everything. Did not try to upsell me into a more expensive mower (even when I asked about it). Patiently explained how to operate it without being patronizing to me as a single woman. Delivered it as promised to my property. Highly recommend these guys!
DOES NOT HONIR WARRANTIES Bought a 300 chainsaw from here. Less then a year later, it stops working. I take it back here because it's under warranty. I get a call back a week later that it's going to cost 250 to fix because the carburetor has gone out. I mentioned the 5 year warranty. The next day a guy calls me and tells me the warranty is voided because the air filter was missing. I did not take the air filter out.
Bills M hour shop did a great job in a timely manner. It even costed less than what they originally quoted me! Will definitely tell all my friends about them and will definitely be coming back.
Great prices on small and midsize tractors, lawnmowers ect. Bill is the best.
