Kevin has terrible customer service skills. I had to call 3 or 4 times because he's phone wasn't working. When I finally got through, he answered by saying, \stop calling this number! Your number is spam\ I told him I'm actually a customer and to stop being so rude. He continued to be rude but gave me the info I needed. When I called another Sterio West and told them my experience, the guy told me they've heard Kevin isn't very professional. I would not recommend Kevin at Sterio West Home Theater.
