Worst company I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, we are now in a 24 month contract. We never have collections, no one ever gets back to me I am forever chasing up stericycle. Cheapest deal - I now know why.

Disgusting company, do not pick up clinical waste, been waiting since September still not picked up , on phone everyday, pay DD still nothing, avoid this company at all costs they take your money and do not provide a service, clinical waste management this company is not

Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. All they had to do was collect a bin once a month and they fail at this 50% of the time. After months of complaining they subcontracted the collection out to Initial because they couldn't handle it themselves. They now won't respond to emails or phone calls. They are laughable. Do yourself a favour, get a very long barge pole and then don't touch this bunch of clowns with it!

If I could give no stars I would. I have not had a collection since February even tho the person I spoke to said I did. The Salon I work in is closed on a Monday so there was no way possible. When trying to contact a manager you get they will call you back, never do!. Was told they were going to collect today waited since 8.30am to then be told they can't collect due to full capacity. Will be terminating my contract!!!! I would defo not recommended!!!!
