Always a pleasure to come here. No one likes spending money on car repairs, but when you have to do it, this is the place to go. They have Master Techs, take pictures of everything, and are 100% honest with you. I had the pleasure of working with Mina this time. She was wonderful! She sent me text updates on my car (as I requested; thanks to Covid there's no waiting room) and changes in pricing as soon as they came up. The staff and techs here at top notch. I've been screwed over at a few auto places in the NOVA area, but have had fantastic experiences at Auto Stop Elite. I recommend this place to all my family and friends in the area.

Auto Stop Elite is a rare experience. An auto repair shop that is honest and doesn't try to scam extra money out of your pocket? Those exist? Well, this place is exactly that. Ben and the rest of the staff are professionals. I took my vehicle in for some work and they took care of me. They did a thorough inspection in order to identify any issues. The report included photos so I could see exactly what they were talking about. They also prioritize what work needed to be done. They went the extra mile by checking to see if any parts could be reused instead of just suggesting I buy new ones. I might have saved a few bucks if I had gone to another shop and have them use after market parts, but Ben helped me understand that quality work done right will save me money over time. I had a lot of work done and they finished it in a timely manner. If you need any auto repair work, go to Auto Stop Elite. Don't just take my word. There is a reason these guys only get 5 star reviews.
I've been trying to find a good place to take my truck for a long time and my buddy said that Auto Stop Elite is where he has been taking his cars for a while and they would take good care of me. From the time I called to make my appointment and spoke with Mina I could tell this place was different. I explained all the issues I was having with Mina and she was very understanding and made the process of setting up the appointment and handing over my vehicle extremely simple. After a day I received a entire inspection complete with pictures and a scale of how severe the issues were with my vehicle from Brandon. I went back and forth with Brandon about which repairs I could afford and needed to get done. Another day goes by and all the work I could afford was complete and my truck drives like it's brand new! After living in this area for 10 years I have finally found the shop that will be taking care of my vehicles. The amount of care and communication at this place is unmatched.
Outstanding customer service from start to finish! Once I figured out I wasn’t talking to BMW (long story!), Sean was beyond accommodating to help me get new tires installed. They came and picked my car up, checked in with me throughout the day and provided me with pictures of what they were replacing as well as did an overall inspection of my car. I was very impressed with the customer service and overall experience. I highly recommend Auto Stop Elite for all your car needs and will be a repeat customer!
I visited Auto Stop Elite, in part because it had such excellent reviews on Google. When I searched it, they had something-like 250 reviews with an average rating of five stars. Which is impressive, but honestly, I was a little suspicious. If they'd been rated 4.9 or 4.8 that would have seemed more believable to me. Turns out, my suspicions were completely unfounded. They're easily a five-star shop. Excellent service all around. I'm happy with the work that was done but what really stood out was the communication. I felt like I got all the details, had all my questions answered, and was kept in-the-loop throughout every step of my car's maintenance.
