Amazing Korean food. We wanted to try Japache and we found this place. We requested them to make japache with chicken and it was delicious. The shrimp shumai was to die for. Would definitely try other dishes from menu soon. Thanks.

I love Bon Chon food. The flavor of the wings are to die for. However the service at this particular location was horrible. We sat for 5 min before being greeted. Only one server in the restaurant. Being the only one on the floor I guess he did mediocre but I've seen people be more engaging and efficient in tougher situations. He got orders incorrect for all of the tables. Brought out dirty silverware and there was hair on my napkin that he brought out. Love bon Chon, just not this location or it's service. You'd be better off driving a few more miles to the Leesburg location if in the area. Food: Thumbs Up Service: Two thumbs down
This restaurant gives first-rate service as well as enjoyable meals. One of the best restaurant around here. The drinks and food served quick and the rates were affordable. I recommend this place.
Delicious fresh food! The ingredients were vibrant and the dishes were lovingly made from scratch. The service was very good; kind, friendly and attentive staff. Get here and order some Bibimbap, it's my favorite dish here; sooo satisfying!
I have been here twice, both times for take out at lunch. The menu offers a number of specials for lunch, with smaller portions, a lower price, and an included side (at dinner, sides--fries, rice, kim chi--are extra). The main attraction at this chain is the fried chicken Korean style, but they offer other Korean dishes as well. My evaluation of the chicken is that the drumsticks are a better value than the wings (the only parts of the bird available here), and the soy-garlic flavor is preferable to the hot spicy choice, which is more heat than flavor. On my first visit, I had phoned in an order, which they lost, so we had to wait about 20 minutes. The second visit, I didn't bother trying to order in advance. Neither time was there a crowd; other reviews have suggested that the cooked-to-order chicken can take 45 minutes or longer. I haven't tried the bi bim bap or other Korean dishes, so I can't review them. I think the chicken is most of their business. By the way, the french fries are mediocre at best, so it's a good thing they are included at no charge at lunch. And don't bother with the onion rings. Four drumsticks and a pile of french fries is plenty of lunch.
Bon Chon is good but this particular place is so bad. I saw 3 rats and a cockaroach on the floor. Only one employee who is so bad they should be fired. They gave me seafood instead of what I asked for. I wan't a refund.
I love Bonchon, but this location must be suffering because of COVID. They are really hurting on customer service, timeliness of your order, and they didnt even have rice after we waited for half an hour. I kind of feel bad because they are take out only right now and probably just need help in the back or something. This is closer to me, but I'll probably head to the other one for better service. Let me be clear to your response: We did order the rice lol I was there when my friend ordered it. You guys said 30 minutes. We left and came back it was not ready. We ordered rice in addition to the sides. No worries we will not being returning to this location.
The woman who works here is very rude, and acted as though I’m inconveniencing her when I asked for soy sauce with my to go pick up order. She pushed the packets at me with an attitude . This was my first and last time ordering from this establishment.
