Kasem was on time, gave me a very good price to fix a large window in my home, and did a nice job repairing it. I would recommend him!
Stay away.. The guy who did my repair is a moron who completely messed up my window. He was payed to replace the window panels on my new home and instead replaced the outside glass which RUINS THE WINDOW. I had Windows on Washington come and fix the work this guy messed up. Then he had the audacity to say "I dont know about windows".. No, you're right I don't and apparently you don't either because you don't open a window panel since the Argon has that's between the glass is ruined if you do.
