Have had to kennel my three dogs occasionally this year and this is where we go. I really hate to leave them anywhere but after our first few visits the dogs seem happy and comfortable and that is all that matters. (A super special thanks to Dr. Eastin for taking such good care of Toby!!) Ohh... and as long as your pets are up to date on their shots and such, the price is right.

The owner does not care about your pet. There are heated floors that can be used when the heat in the building breaks (which is weekly) but he refuses to turn it on no matter how cold it gets overnight. Everyone that works there is in HS and are more worried about being on their phone than paying attention to your pet. One supervisor routinely almost killed many pets simply because she refused to do any walk throughs. The cats get zero interaction because the staff brags about their hatred for cats. And all those extra services you pay for, don’t get done. The dogs are bathed in ice water. Despite the fact that the owner claims the water will get warm after a few minutes (surprise! It doesn’t). The owner also threatens to fire staff if they talk about the supernatural, even on Halloween. But will refuse to fire a staff member if they threaten another staff member or abuse/neglect/nearly kill one of your pets. Oh And the icing on the cake is when he called a staff member (who was a POC) a “n***er” in front of the rest of the staff and paid them not to report it. Do yourself a favor and find a sitter on WAG or ROVER. This place gets -10000 stars.
I went in for an interview at this pet hotel and daycare but it’s nothing like the photos. The cats are given minimal litter in their cat box, the dogs are washed with cold water, watered down soap, and dried with industrial cold air dryers. The cot in the photo of the dog at the top of the website is only for clients that pay extra for a special room to board in, the rest of the dogs are kept in loud, concrete runs that have pee stains on the wall. I would not recommend. The way the bathroom the dogs is not in the photos, they tie them to a hook in a cement block wall by a leash, have them stand on and lay against a color concrete floor and spray them with a cold water hose. Allot of the dogs I saw were scared cause it was so loud from all the barking. They don’t do playtime outside, instead they have one dog at a time go into a concrete room and run around, when I saw the room, there was still piss and poop on the floor. THEY WILL NOT CARE FOR YOUR DOG AS THEY SAY THEY WILL. the cats do not get their toys, or bedding, they have two sheets of fabric to sleep on. They only take the dogs outside to piss and poop before a bath so they don’t go potty on the floor and make an extra mess to clean. Other than that and a bath, the dogs are kept in kennel runs inside closed off echoing hallways that are very cold and unheated with cold floors. The cats are not allowed outside of their cages either and cat carriers aren’t thought of. They keep the carriers in a separate room that you can use to visit your cat so they look good for it. immediately declined the job offer when it was given. It would’ve broken my heart to work there and see so many animals mistreated. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
I've been taking my dogs here since I moved to Ashburn and I can honestly say my dogs are always SAFE and always in good spirit when I pick them up which means that they were treated well. I honestly think this is a great place to take your puppies and not have to worry about them. Thank you
We kept our pit bull here for over a week while on vacation.. they took good care of him, gave him his meds.. here had kennel cough after we got him home but he did really well
