got soil for my truck a week or so ago and i felt a bump when it went in and the guy gives me a thumbs up and i leave. now i have an insurance claim to make after the fact. he hit my truck! there's a hole in it! also now there is a GLASS in my soil to I hope that we dont cut our feet in the spring because this went into the lawn.

Would give a lower rating, but I can't. Ordered a good amount of topsoil delivered. Paid ahead. Was told they could do it by the person I paid with. Was never delivered and nobody contacted me. I requested to be the latest possible delivery on Saturday cause the job was Sunday morning. I thought 36 hours was plenty of time to move 6 yards of material 3 miles. Paid for something that was never done. Disputing the charge.

The worst experience I've had. I had their service about over a year ago but was too busy to add a review. First, they messed up my order when I had already paid for shipping. So I called the office, the person there said I should go to their office and replace the order. When I told him that it was not my fault and that the order was very heavy, he kept refusing. Then when I mentioned that I am spending thousands of dollars on their product, he said it was just a drop in the bucket for them. Besides the owner that was pretty nice, almost everyone there was quite rude. Secondly, they charge 20% restocking fees in case you over order something and want to return it.
