Requested a bid for a 2nd story addition and provided detailed information to help, only to be strung along for 3 months for a "round about" cost. They spent no time on our proposal and the communication was terrible. We had high hopes in working with them because they seem to be reputable but I'm very upset at the service we have received. Unprofessional, no communication, and slow to receive a bid that had zero detail, and a "we think it might cost this" number.

Worst Customer Service ever. This company does not provide quality level wood blinds. Their prices are lower, but their product sucks. The blinds do not go up and down and the cords catch on the mechanism. We have been trying to get them to resolve the issue for the past 8 months and they sent the vendor to inspect the issue, and he said that 6 other customers also had gotten a bad batch of blinds but did not offer any follow up. Since then, the contact person, Ari Mansoori, does NOT return calls. There is literally zero follow up. I am debating about taking this issue to small claims court at this point because the company is not following through on their warranty. Please do NOT use this company or products.
These guys did my full house remodeling, kitchen, bathrooms, painting, flooring and recessed light. Also the work was completed on time and that it didn’t exceeded the estimate Costs . Thank you !!
