I had gone in for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately I’d left my locking lug key at home. The shop manager came out to apologize for something that clearly wasn’t his fault. The oil change was done in no time at all. I’m extremely happy with the service department. This is why I’ll never go to another dealership again. These guys are the best!.
