Told I needed new brakes for my vehicle... that was 6 years ago and they are still in great shape. 150 for an oil change that took 8 hours? No thanks, I'll take my Infiniti to Nissan down the street and pay for the same service for 1/3 the price and be done in less than an hour. Avoid!

Ive had a pleasant experience here on multiple occasions. The staff is very helpful and quite knowledgeable. I was able to have keys in my hand for a test drive in 5 minutes, and I was on my way. The staff was able to answer all reasonable questions about vehicle features and if they didnt have an answer off the top of their head, they were able to look it up for me and provide a print out with information.

I came here looking for a good car but unfortunately I didn't find anything that fit my budget. Great service from the sales person that helped me. They carry a good amount of inventory across a big price range.

Went in to buy a car, listed on cars.com and the Steven's web sight... 33k. Dealer marked it up to 36k... was told by sales guy that there was 15k available in rebates and incentives... they only offered me 8k in rebates and incentives... the truth in advertising laws dont seem to apply to this company because they have a \disclaimer\ that you have to click into on the website... they claimed the extra 3k was for tint.. and etching... and clear undercoating.. I didnt ask for those to be added on... dealer does that on their dime not mine... i would suggest buyer beware. I now see the bait price to get people in the door game...
