The still I bought was extremely poor workmanship. I can stick a pencil in the gap where the cap sits on the still. I called and described the flaw and was told \That's how we make them\. Junk

I bought a 10 Gallon still over the phone from Stillz about a month and a half ago. I couldn't be happier. Being my first still I had many questions concerning the size and operation.. Just basic, probably stilly questions. We were on the phone at least 40 mins, no problem. They Answered all my questions and I didn't feel I was being a bother. They insured me I could call anytime if I had more questions. The customer service was great and so is my still. Free shipping, The still came exactly as the pictures looked on their site. Very neat and clean, no issues with leaks or anything. Works perfect.
