Store with an extensive range of products. You can get so many things here, including clothing, shoes, accessories, electrical items, home decor, general shopping and more, with most reasonably priced. There is a Decathlon store attached and Asda have a dedicated pharmacy and opticians section. There are also counters such as the bakery, meat, fish and pizza. You are also able to pick up currency from the travel money section. At the entrance there is an express diner area, should you wish to stop for something to eat. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience.
Staff are great but only one problem is Asda Management seem to want to do away with Check outs. Only 6 Check outs and a complete farce when the shop is busy. Sadly i won't be coming back to this store.
I brought a 85 mobile phone from Asda Stevenage because it said that all there phones are unlocked and can use any network with there phones. I got home and put my O2 SIM card in the phone to have it say the phone needs to be unlocked. So I took the phone back to Asda to tell them what happened and can I have a refund. The supervisor said no we cannot give you a refund because I had opened the box. I then said you have to open the box to activate the mobile phone . But they said that they wouldn’t still give me a refund. I then showed them what there sign said About there Mobile phones , but they still said no to a refund. Now I am 85 out of the pocket. That can’t be right.
As always staff keep the till system running smoothly and safely and shelves 9 times outta ten are stocked
