After narrowing our choices down to 2 stores, we made our choice down to the fact Cyril was so helpful. He knew all the measurements of his products, gave us space to have the usual shall we or not conversation, and had impeccable product knowledge! What an asset to your business. You should be immensely proud of him. We actually went for it then and there because of Cyril!. We needed some more informative today and Cyril wasn’t in so we spoke to max, another credit to you. All in all they made the process of spending our hard earned cash a pleasure. I’m hoping the sofa is as good as the service. If you’re after beautiful furniture and FANTASTIC service pop along to furniture village in Stevenage and ask for Cyril.

The staff are attentive, hospitable, had a good understanding of my requirements and are not pushy in any way. The Salesperson, Mandy was fantastic, she really looked after us.
